Housing Systems

Housing Systems and Front Panels are normally made of aluminum in thicknesses from 0.5 to 10 mm. With the most modern production methods such as sub-eloxal printing in digital print, CNC punching (maximum size 2000 x 1000 mm), CNC milling (maximum size 1500 x 1000 mm) and CNC bending there are almost unlimited design possibilities to implement quickly and cost effectively. In our own electroplating, the aluminum surface can be anodized and/or chromated. For EMC shielding, the design of the front is in sub-eloxal printing and the rear side is conductive chromated - a specialty of SCHURTER. Alternative materials such as steel galvanized or rustproof, plastics, etc. are also available for the realization of your requirements.
