We use the methods of Six Sigma to produce defect-free products, and to target our processes to customer requirements. We track critical process indicators, identify improvement potentials and implement systematic improvements.
|
|
Process indicators as ppm and cpk identify processes that are in line with the ambitious Six Sigma standards and point to areas where actions are required. They also serve as objective evidence about our process capability towards our customers and partners.
